  • Is this program for beginners or people already in government contracting?

    The GovConNOW Course is for beginners AND those who have been in business and are looking to scale with government contracting; OR looking to start something new!

  • Do I need to have a business already established to enroll?

    You do not need to have a business to start the GovConNOW Program.

  • Will this help me get my first government contract?

    Yes, if dedicated, you will win your first contract before or after finishing this program!

  • How much time will I need to dedicate to the program each week?

    The program is in stages and is contingent upon outside registration times, etc. You should dedicate at least 5 - 10 hours per week to focus on your business.

  • Is this program good for service-based or product-based businesses—or both?

    Both!

  • How soon can I realistically expect to win a contract after finishing the program?

    Although results vary and NOTHING is guaranteed, If fully committed, you should win your first contract within 3-12 months.

  • Will this help me with certifications like WOSB, SDVOSB, HUBZone, or 8(a)?

    Yes, there are instructions for certifications in the GovConNOW program.

  • Do you help with SAM.gov registration, capability statements, and NAICS codes?

    Yes, yes and yes!

  • Is this program live, self-paced, or a hybrid?

    This is a self paced, online course with forever access.

  • Will I learn how to respond to RFPs, RFQs, or sources sought notices?

    Yes, and in addition to that, there are awarded proposals within the GovConNOW program to use as templates and guides.

  • Can this program help me build relationships with contracting officers or primes?

    Yes there are tips and tricks along with email templates.

  • Is there 1-on-1 coaching or only group sessions?

    There are monthly student calls and students have access to schedule one on ones zoom calls with Sheena's team at any time.

  • Are there templates or tools included—like proposal templates, email scripts, etc?

    Yes!

  • Do you provide hands-on support with actual bids or proposal reviews?

    Yes occasionally there is room to assist with bids & proposals.

  • Is this program specific to federal contracts, or does it also cover state/local government?

    The GovConNOW Program covers Federal contracting, Local contracting, Corporate contracting & Veteran specific information.

  • What makes this different from free SBA/PTAC resources?

    I encourage using your free resources. If you find your free resources are not enough, that's where the GovConNOW program can help!

  • Is there a guarantee or refund policy?

    There are NO refunds as the course of self paced and can be completed immediately upon purchase. Nothing in contracting is guaranteed.

  • Do you offer support after the program ends—like alumni groups or ongoing coaching?

    Most of my students go on to do great things and don't technically need me! But you are always a part of the tribe!

  • Is there a payment plan or any scholarship/grant opportunities?

    Yes payment plans are available.
